For an affordable annual fee, you have direct access to your physician at any time - day or night. No more phone trees. No more triage pools. No more talking to strangers. No more wondering if you can afford to see your doctor. With no limit on the number or length of visits, you can see us when you need us.


We do not bill private insurance, so there are no surprise co-pays (Medicare is the exception). We contract with labs and radiology suites to get you affordable testing; no authorizations from corporate insurers needed. A variety of modalities: telehealth, phone, office, and home visits allow us to meet our patients where they are. And our self-scheduling platform makes it simple to schedule same-day and next-day appointments!

* We do accept and bill Medicare, and for that, patients will have a low co-pay, as mandated by law.
